  • Chief Administrative Officer at Benefit Express a  unique human resources technology service that provides enhanced service for human resource management. Extensively involved in leadership development through direct mentoring and individual development.
  • Principal with F.O. McDermott an independent consulting agency providing specialized knowledge in real estate development, regulatory compliance and asset turnaround actvities. Also focused on fund raising and investment marketing for troubled asset portfolios. 
  • Chief Operating Officer at BelleHavens Equity Destination Club. responsible for all aspects of acquisition and operations if international portfolio of luxury properties. BellHavens was later acquired by Fortress Investments to become part of Abercrombie & Kent, during which period fulfilled the needs for contract management, due diligence, and operational transition planning and implementation.
  • Chief Executive Officer at C'Board USA a start-up recycling business focused on the capture of synthetic fibers from post-consumer carpet and the subsequent development of products comprised of the recycled materials.
  • Holds Bachelor and Master of Business Adminstration in Finance and Mangement from the University of Notre Dame. 

Mike Creaney, Director

  • Attended the University of Notre Dame earning both Academic and Athletic All-American Football honors, then spent two years in the professional game.

  • Spent thirty years within a privately-owned commercial real estate development firm based in Baltimore, Maryland, the Creaney & Smith Group where the proximity to our nation’s capital and the surrounding five states, provided a diverse array of ventures that afforded a consummate variety of tenancies and development capabilities. While intentionally maintaining a small group and home roots, Creaney & Smith parlayed their geographic good fortune and corporate focus to develop and deliver 84 commercial buildings, to include +/- 8.2 MM sq.ft. and value in excess of ½ billion dollars, for themselves and for their institutional, private, public and governmental partners.

  • Along with his partners and Principal Members, has delivered Mission Critical Secure Facilities for the Corp of Engineers, for the Taskforce to Eliminate Fraud in the Medicare and Medicaid Systems, for Homeland Security, for divisions of the Armed Forces and for other highly secure and governmental tenancies, at various level SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) locations within the portfolio. The collection also includes expertise for medical offices, X-Ray facilities and MRI financing and construction, State of the Art storage delivery systems within facilities serving Iron Mountain, Under Armour and “Just in Time” services to the Port of Baltimore, along with more conventional office, warehouse and flex tenancies.

  • Tasked by a joint venture between the City of Baltimore (Baltimore Economic Development Corporation – BEDCO) and Aldrich, Eastman & Waltch (AEW) to assess the city’s potential to provide institutional and financial investment in facilities and technology transfer for the nascent Biotechnology Industry within a few select properties. After extended study and multiple, lengthy visits to Boston, San Diego and San Francisco, and despite the presence of world-class Institutions already in Baltimore (Johns Hopkins & University of Maryland Trauma Center by example) Mike’s analysis recommended a delayed entry into the sector, a suggestion that in retrospect had proven prescient.

  • Has partnered with and/or provided third party development, construction and management services to The Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company, McCormick Inc., Aldrich, Eastman & Waltch (AEW), Cabot Industrial Trust, The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company (NML), Beacon Capital, the Pension Fund to IBEW (Electrical Workers in Washington DC), ASB Capital, & The Prudential Life Insurance Company among others.​

Samantha Prutch, Director

  • Leads brand development, media outreach, and design activities for clients and supporter engagement
  • ​​Extensive 15-year career in creative and brand development
  • Experience includes collaboration with global retail brands: Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie, Hollister, Gilly Hicks, Ruehl, Aviator Nation and Sole Serum. 
  • Her executive leadership role within the Abercrombie & Fitch family of brands allowed her to collaborate to create globally iconic retail brand experiences, campaigns and brand environments. 
  • Holds a Bachelors of Science in Interior Architecture & Design from Bowling Green State Universuty

Steve Smith, Senior Advisor

  • Consultant with SRS Consulting with focus on long and short term engagements advising on best practices for B2B/B2C acquisition, traditional/digital marketing, customer service/retention/account maximization, product development & pricing strategies, industry technology solutions, department structure, staffing, compensation, and ticket operations with Impact de Montreal FC.
  • Former VP of Ticketing, Consumer Sales & Service with Palace Sports Entertainment where he led B2C/B2B sales development, customer experience & loyalty, and ticket operations for Palace Sports & Entertainment inclusive of the Detroit Pistons, The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Center & Meadowbrook Amphitheatre.
  • Former VP of Ticket Sales & Service for both the Minnesota Twins and Toronto Blue Jays where he established operational standards and procedures through leadership of sales and fan engagement staff.
